I found this new restaurant as I was flipping through a magazine last week. Ketchup-the restaurant, of course, is an all American adaptation of, well, Ketchup. Based on burgers and french fries, the concept is clear, good American food! I think this space is a success and worth talking about, the materials are appropriate, and the menu is honest, the perfect recipe for good design. My favorite feature?
